This is an 8 week group program that will meet 2x/week.  For $45 per class you will be guided through what lifts to do, how to do them safely, and the optimal reps, sets, and weight to use for your goals. Running specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy,  Felicia Sciortino will instruct and supervise the course and be there for all 16 sessions to make sure you have an excellent and safe experience.
